My experience at Holdcroft Mazda Hanley was positive because I had a car accident where my car was written off so I contacted Holdcrofts and they were very helpful.The salesperson who dealt with me was very helpful and they held the car for me while I awaited for finance from my private pension to come through.I was really thankful for them.I was particularly grateful to the salesperson-Charlotte Brown who was very helpful and explained everything to me about the car and guided me so very well when I had a test drive so I am eternally thankful to her..So all in all I can only express high praise and true satisfaction for how I was treated.
